Giant Bicycles is a major player in the U.S. market, recognized for its quality, innovation, and wide range of products catering to all types of cyclists. Entering the U.S. in the late 1980s, Giant has built a strong presence through an extensive dealer network and competitive pricing.
Giant serves a highly diverse group of users, from beginners to seasoned professionals, each with their unique objectives. Cyclists often struggle to find riding companions who share similar skill levels, abilities, and interests, which can reduce motivation and lead to less enjoyable riding experiences. Connecting cyclists with comparable goals and capabilities continues to be a challenge.
Our Solutions
On The Road is a mobile community for Giant, available for bikers with any bicycle and skill levels. Users will be recommended with trails generated by their preferences and skill levels, allowing them to join and invite people nearby. They will be provided with multiple types of interesting challenges during their riding experience.
The app brings exposure for Giant among the bikers and allows users to gain Giant points, a virtual currency that can be used for discounts while buying Giant products. This will consequently attract more bikers to buy Giant products and further increase their stickiness towards Giant.
